REFUND POLICY / RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request an exchange, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at support@tbdagunslanga.com.

Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unused
- In original condition
- With all original tags and packaging

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Buyer’s remorse
- Worn or washed items
- Sale or discounted items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must provide clear photos of the issue when contacting us.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective or incorrect.

Once your exchange is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

TB DAGUNSLANGA LLC reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions.

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, we are not responsible. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly.
