Due to the nature of limited releases and pre-order items, all purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

PRE-ORDER TERMS

All items may be sold as pre-order unless otherwise stated. Pre-order items are produced after the order window closes and are not immediately available for shipment.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree:
- Orders will not ship immediately
- Production timelines may vary
- Estimated shipping windows are not guaranteed delivery dates

TB DAGUNSLANGA LLC is not liable for delays caused by production, shipping carriers, or circumstances outside of our control.

 

SHIPPING LIABILITY

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, TB DAGUNSLANGA LLC is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages
- Delivery delays caused by the carrier
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate at checkout.

CHARGEBACKS & FRAUD

Any attempt to file a fraudulent chargeback or dispute after agreeing to these terms will be considered a violation of this agreement. We reserve the right to provide all order, tracking, and policy confirmation evidence to financial institutions.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, branding, logos, designs, and media associated with TB DAGUNSLANGA are protected and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without permission.

RIGHT TO UPDATE

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice.
